Haven't used them but heard good things about Tom McLish at Tsunami Pools.

I would not recommend our pool builder (who will remain nameless and was not in the last 5 years) but our friends used Caviness and were pleased.

Sorry to hear that. If they weren't good they *hopefully* are not in the business anymore.
