So, this is nice. They recently replaced all the windows, right? Within the past few days someone has busted out nearly ALL of the windows on the west side fronting Penn on this building.

They fixed the broken windows and continue work, although at a glacial pace.
Im pretty sure this is at least a decade long project now. Might even be 11 or 12 years.
Slowly, slowly still moving forward:
Drove by tonight and there were lights on! Now, there aren't people moved in, obviously, but it looks like a lot of work is going on.
The slowest construction project in the history of he civilized world continues to creep along. You can see forms for sidewalks and they have started work behind for the parking area.
That one in Sanger on the west side of the hiway?

Taken down by a divorce.
Actually the Dowell Tower has them all beat!
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
So freaking weird.

They look like they could open any day but there is still a huge pile of debris in the lot to the south.
Also, they didn't install one plant or blade of grass. Everything is either concrete or gravel. At least they kept some of the mature trees.
They're leasing!!!

As is par for the course with this development, their website isn't even active yet.
Woah, those are way nicer than I would have expected.
I also thought it was funny that they raked all the gravel out and laid sod.
Ah, my bad here. What I meant to say, was their URL on their banner isn't correct.
Whoa, is this right or a stock image?

Bahahaha this place! I would love to peruse the portfolio of this place. How much money it must have taken. My main source of laughter is that the HUGE trees in front of the place were 2 inch saplings when they were planted. I’m equally tickled by the interior shot. It’s not “consistent” with the other places in the neighborhood.
