Great project! And nice to see such progress. Though I wonder if there is a need for that huge of a parking lot.. Seems like wasted space that could have been green.
The first tenants have moved into the new phase:
They should hire someone to paint a mural on that retaining wall.
A coffee shop was supposed to go on that corner but I don't think that is happening any time soon.

The two residential homes on 6th have been demolished. Construction on the next phase will probably start soon!

Perhaps it is in this thread. But are the income requirements only for specific units/buildings? Or will this entire project be subject to those guidelines?
My post here explains it:

Thank you, Pete! Was having a hard time finding that post!
Are there floorplans of the school building that can be posted? Curious to see how the space was drawn out into apartments and layout.

Pete, there has been some movement at Kelley Ave. between 4th and 3rd. A ton of tree removal and they have cleaned up the area that looked like a small dumping site. Just a block east of Jewel Theatre. Do you know if there are any plans for this area out in the public yet? Thanks!

I know a lot of people here love this, but i cannot get over the "government project" feel to those grey buildings. I hope they keep this area well kept.
