Brett Dawson's column in today's Oklahoman (07-19-2017) reports:
Excerpts in summary, Nike replaced adidas as the provider of NBA uniforms & apparel:
12-Navy blue, 4-White sleeves* & the 9-Sunset (orange) Thunder jerseys will be retired.
Home team will pick the apparel to wear--league will eliminate home & road distinctions.
Four new uniforms will be rolled out for each team--called 'editions.'
Thunder expects to unveil the uniforms sometime next week.
It's unclear what colors or designs will appear on the Thunder's new alternate uniforms.
New jerseys will be available for purchase in October.
Eight teams will be allowed 'classic' editions, some of which are the league's most iconic.
During the season, Nike will unveil two new uniform sets.
*Nike is not producing sleeve jerseys.
