This project is moving right along! The grand front entrance is all framed up and the adjacent floors behind it are going up quickly.
The entrance facing Memorial?
That was quick!
I ate at Fuzzy's last night. Seemed really clean and quite large. I really like their patio.
I tried to explore a little of Tract 30, but mostly everything was locked. I peeked in the windows and it looks like they are ready to start putting walls up for businesses.
There was a spa open and another business, maybe a nail salon?
I forgot to get pictures of the apartments. The steel structure looks like it is for the entrance and is around 3 stories tall. They have the majority of the 1st floor framed in and should be starting on the second fairly soon.
This project is now officially known as Argon.
Kind of ironic to name a high profile project after an inert gas that produces little or no reaction. Also derived from a greek word meaning "lazy" or "inactive".
Reminds me of the story about the Chevy Camaro originally being proposed to be introduced as the Banshee, untill someone looked It up and found that the name represented a hagish fairy who wailed outside of someones house warning of an impending death in the family.
The first tenants have started to move in here.

WOOWWWW!
That evening picture is just gorgeous!
To the one that's not a fan of the Shops at Legacy in Plano, do you think there's a reason they have every major shop that will never come to OKC?
That picture doesn't look real...
I really see a missed opportunity with not providing on-street parking. I could see an additional 100+/- parking spots added to just this area.
