The Porch will be at 311 W Boyd on Campus Corner. Ryan Broyles will be one of the investors. Their press release said they were planning on adding a second story to the building. Looks interesting.

My good friend is one of the partners along with Ryan Broyles. They will be adding a second floor and rooftop patio to the exiting building.

I was given a chance to brand them, but they went with another artist. However, it looks like I might be doing their apparel.

Porch is looking to be a very cool place.

You look at the porch, volare, and the new 6 story building getting ready to happen and you have to wonder which property will go vertical next.

People are finally figuring out that this is such a great spot that deserves more density.

And for the muti-level stuff, you get a view of the north side of campus which is beautiful.

Talked with the owner's on Saturday and got a quick tour. They said they are roughly six weeks away from opening their doors.

Obviously a lot has changed since my last post...

I talked to the same owner today and they told me furniture is finally going in. They hope to be open by March 1st.

Toured it a month ago. This will be a big hit. Lots of outdoor patio space on the second and third levels.

Yes, it has been open for a couple of weeks and have not been but heard it's already quite the spot for OU students.

I went about a month ago. I went upstairs and loved the area, but I was very disappointed in the drinks. I had one of their vodka based signature cocktails and my friend had a gin and tonic. They were very weak. We both ordered a shot and added them to our drinks and still couldn't taste any alcohol. I'll be glad to return, but not until they've fixed their drinks.

Haven't gone yet. Most people have said the service isn't great and aren't impressed by the drinks. Hope they can get that figured out. Campus Corner places dont last if they dont get that right!
