Thread: Millenium Market

    Default Millenium Market

I was driving in the Triangle area this morning and noticed that part of the UrbanWorks building that OBU is leasing for their international graduate school is being leased/marketed as Millenium Market. The East side of the building has been renovated slightly different than the graduate school for retail/offices. I noticed a Millenium Market sign and a sign saying leasing retail/offices 500-8000 sq. feet. This side of the building faces NW 5th, 6th and Walnut and has super high exposure right off the highway. Hopefully they'll land some good retail/restaurants in there.

I need to correct my original naming of this market, it should be Momentum Market, not millenium market. There was a good article and picture in this past Sunday's Oklahoman.

It looks like boring suburban strip mall in the rendering. The retail part, that is.

Looked like a pretty urban building to me, especially for OKC.

I think it looks pretty decent, especially for what they had to work with.

Nice surface parking right in front. Where's the Payless and Dollar Tree?
