I'm pretty sure Hal Smith is still planning to do a restaurant in that space, just not sure which concept as it's changed a couple of times.
This place is in that little center behind Valero and between Orange Leaf and Jimmy Johns... But despite it's inconspicuous setting, I've heard great things about it.

Homewood Suites going in next to threshold climbing gym. Also lot with memorial frontage between hideaway and discount tire has sold but I don't know what will be going there
There has been some work at the old Panera Bread location. I'm unsure what may be going in there.
Anyone have any info on pad site just west of Discount Tire? Just noticed silt fabric along Memorial perhaps in prep for dirt work. I think a new construction company sign was recently erected on the site as well. TIA
Some sort of auto repair facility.
Any news on what has just begun dirtwork adjacent to the west of the Sushi House on Memorial Rd. @ Brandon Pl.?
What about the parcel directly south of the Farmer's Insurance bldg.? Grading began the same day as the storage site to the west of Sushi Bar. Is this a storage facility as well? Do you know if they are planning to pave/improve the road that runs north of the nursing home, by the cell tower, and connect it with the road to the south of the existing businesses on Memorial Rd. (i.e., Hideaway Pizza & Interurban)?
Yes, behind the insurance office is storage as well.
Anyone heard the latest on Pappadeaux that was at one time slated to go in on the SE side of Memorial and Hefner Pkwy?
Wasn't a new Walmart planned for this area?
This is a question about some dirt being moved closer to 122nd and McArthur, but couldn't find a better thread for it... It's the lot just south of the elder care place on the east side of McArthur just south of Sprouts. Any idea what is going there, Pete? It's right across the street from the Wild Turkey Liquor Store.

Thanks for making answering your question so easy!
It's called Spring Oak Office Park.
9 small office buildings.
Thanks for the info Pete. I was hoping for something more fun like an OnCue, but at least it's not apartments. Lol
