BTW, pricing is $42.99 per person; $24.99 for just the salad bar.

And I know to most that sounds like a really hefty price for a salad bar but....... It's an epic salad bar like none you have probably ever experienced before...... Unless you just frequent a lot of places that have lobster bisque on their salad bar.

Lots of cured meats, cheeses, roasted and pickled vegetables, some hot items like the bisque, black beans, potatoes.... I want to say it has something like 50 items on it.
