And there's a reason why places like Chili's and Applebee's stay in business... Some diners just want plain, boring, food... Nothing wrong with that and nothing wrong with what Gusto is trying to do.... Well except I agree on that burnt crust.... When they get it done right it's a pretty good pie, in my opinion, but I've had some where the burnt overwhelmed the rest of the flavors and that's not good eating.
