Hm, it would have been immensely helpful to me to have seen this thread this morning. Anywho...

Today marked my third attempt to try their Reuben. The second was on the day their kitchen went kaput. As you can very well guess, I was thwarted again when I was told about the limited menu. I was double thwarted when the beer I wanted wasn't available, either. With that, I ordered a Carolina porker with potato salad and a Guinness Blonde. The pork was neither too dry nor too juicy. In fact, as sloppy as the sandwich could have been, it didn't make a giant mess, meaning that it was well-made with fine ingredients. The potato salad had a delightful amount of zip without being overpowering. The substitute beer ended up being a nice complement to the meal. At $18 and some change, I certainly did not feel cheated.

Though the Reuben will eventually be next on the list, I also wish to see how their mac and cheese stacks up against a mac restaurant I've visited, and I must say that the bar is rather high, at least for me.

Give them some time to get everything sorted out and give them a go. I doubt you'll be disappointed. Also, I'd have taken pics of the fare, but I left my phone in the car and couldn't be bothered to go back out and get it.
