He lived there for quite some time and I saw his unit -- pretty fantastic.

Thanks for the compliment. I will send you some photos for sharing and write a more detailed review. In short, its an awesome place but has some quirks. In terms of the aesthetic ambience, the units are awesome. I felt like I was in New York or something.
