Enclosed malls are not being built anymore and probably won't for the foreseeable future. In the early 2000s commercial developers changed over to the lifestyle center instead because its cheaper to build and maintain. It's also more social in my opinion. Today even lifestyle centers aren't being built anymore thanks to the Great Recession so OKC kind of missed its chance.
