If you can't go directly from the sidewalk into the store the customer base is going to primarily be people who work in the building from 8 to 5. They will be viewed as building services and not downtown services. When someone finally does open the doors to the sidewalk all these businesses that are only accessible off of an interior lobby are going to be in a world of financial hurt.
Kitchen will have sidewalk entrance from the north (the original buiding entrance) and also entrance from the east, from Sandridge Commons. This setup is the best for the restaurant and for the guests...also keeps the integrity of the building.
