Wednesday April 20th from 12:30 to 4:20PM is the time for the Almost 4/20 Rally at the Oklahoma State Capitol. It's to rally around the need for drug law reform in Oklahoma. It was originally scheduled for 4/20 until State Senator Johnson, originator of the SB573, the bill to legalized medical marijuana in Oklahoma, suggested moving it to the 18th when many more legislators would be at the State Capitol.
