I was reading on another post about how more retailers would come to Bricktown if we had less stringent liquor laws.
I looked for any news on possible changes, found this but don't know what it means or what the law is ..
any politicians want to do some research?
Does anyone want to author a letter we can send to the Legislature regarding Liquor Laws changing?

AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to intoxicating liquor; enacting the Oklahoma Intoxicating Liquor Act; providing for noncodification; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Oklahoma Intoxicating Liquor Act”.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective <November 1, 2006>.
