I think Spring Creek Village should be developed more like Spring Creek Plaza: small upscale shops, not large big box retailers that will bring the area down. Big box retailers like Barnes and Noble, Borders, and Books a Million belong in strip centers, not in nice upscale shopping villages. A Barnes and Noble would absolutely ruin the upscale feel of the quaint shops in the Spring Creek area.

I'd much rather see Barnes and Noble build in a development like Fox Creek or maybe up on Danforth and Kelley, not Spring Creek.
