This is such a tragec story, especially with it being so close to the holidays. You don't expect this kind of weather in November, however, tornadoes can strike anywhere, and anytime of the year. With 22 killed and over 200 injured, many of the dead were living in mobile homes. This was the deadliest tornado in Indiana since April 3, 1974, when 47 people were killed and 2,069 homes were destroyed. This tornado came at around 2 AM., when many people were sleeping. With winds at 158 MPH, it was considered an F3.
