Definately check it out RC because I was gung ho for maps 3 as well, I'm not a fan of the police or fire union and agreed they were blowing things out of proportion. But my brother sent me the link today, it definately seems the mayor and council ignored the warnings. They KNEW a budget mess was coming, you don't miss 10 and 12% revenue shortfalls. They were covering it up, plain and simple
Which saddens me to say because I was all for Maps3 defended it to family time and again, and now I look like the fool.
