The company MTV Investments Two won a former CompSource office building at auction with a bid of $1.2 million. The 36,000 square foot Deep Deuce structure at 410 N. Walnut Ave. was originally built in 1938 as a school. CompSource, the state's workers compensation insurance company, occupied it since 1953, but three years ago decided to consolidate in its primary location at 1901 N. Walnut. Employees emptied the building by mid-December. MTV has not announced plans for the site.
