Before you go running down Biloxi just be aware that the Hard Rock Cafe in Biloxi is located in their new Hard Rock Hotel/Casino. Just because you can't afford the food at HRC doesn't mean you have to hate the concept.
I'd much rather have the Pink Taco or Nobu found in Vegas's Hard Rock Hotel than any actual Hard Rock Cafe.
