This is a major red flag, IMO.
If the dome structure is as far gone as it very well is the bare lot is more valuable than the lot with the building. The building is a net loss from the get go. This is my whole point. If someone wants to try and save the dome let them do it at any cost or don't bitch if it gets bulldozed.,
