Incentives based on sales targets and they’ve met none of them. Had they not invested so much in remodeling that space, I doubt they’d still be there. With Macys on the decline, Von Maur would’ve been a better fit in that space at Penn. a Scheels would be great too. I’d love to see both stores replace Penney’s and Macys at Penn. Doubt Penney’s will leave though since they’re jointly owned by Brookfield and Simon.
