I don't know when this place opened up (it is in the strip mall behind Hideaway Pizza), but I tried them last night around 6:00, but they had just sold out. I asked their hours (they weren't posted) and was told Fri 5-8, Sat and Sun 11-8. I went back today around 11:15 and a sign on the door said open at Noon. Wasn't happy, but I waited around and they let me in at 11:50. The place is small and by the time I got my order it was standing room only. I sampled everything but the bologna. Everything was top notch, although their sauce was sweeter than I would've liked. I would put this place up there with Edge Craft and whatever would be third place in the city is not close to those two.
