Im not against some help here but the ask is way above and beyond normal as Pete shows.
They definitely deserve to get some TIF, but I too question why they need such a large amount when they’ve proven to operate successful ventures in these very rural locations. A lot of people just give the tribes a rubber stamp of approval on their decisions and actions. I guess I’m more old school and need to be convinced on everything. At this point it’s early and not sure there is a huge concern.
