Yes, there is evidence emerging from Israel and a few other places that indicate reduced or eliminated transmissibility once fully vaccinated. However, what we have now is not conclusive enough to change our current guidelines to wear a mask and social distance even if you or the people you're with have been vaccinated. So until we have conclusive evidence of it--and we should know one way or the other within the next couple months--it's best to act as if those who have been vaccinated can still transmit the virus.
