If not it would almost suggest that his staff has studied the overall beliefs of the public and that those of us that want serious restrictions are truly the minority. Even though we are obviously on the right side of the crisis.
Maybe Stitt thought he had some place in a second term for Trump and didn’t want to look out of step? Now that Trump is finished maybe Stitt will actually do the right thing and issue a statewide mandate.
