If pre-diabetic, do something about it. If not physically active do something about it. Sitting down all the time isn't being physically active. It's all the more important, if you're past age 65. Yep think I said this a while back. Go to a gym most are 24 hours and not busy at night. You sometimes are the only one there. The weather has been nice last couple weeks go for a walk. If you want to rely on a face mask that is fine but we could be doing other thing to fight this.
