Unless I missed it (I looked), I can't believe nobody has posted this particular topic.

I'm not a die hard beer snob (I like a cold Coors Light on a hot day as much as the next guy), but I am fairly picky when choosing "good" beer.

I'm on a current Irish Amber kick, John Courage is the front-runner. There's also always a bottle or three of Chimay around. For a stout, I'm really liking Mackeson's XXX and I'm also really digging Anchor's Porter.

I'm just wondering what the other beer-type folks are drinking, and see if anybody has some favorite beer recommendations.
