Dirtwork on S Penn around 160th

Noticed a lot of dirtwork on the east side of S Penn around 160th - is that another pasture that is being turned into a new housing addition or is something else going on? Any info would be welcomed and appreciated....

Pretty sure it'll be another neighborhood. I've seen them doing the dirt work for a few months now.
