I propose a statue of Rainy Williams as tall as the Statue of Liberty. If you or anyone you know is opposed to it, well, then you don't know Rainy Williams.

I can think of no better way to honor this hero who has done so much for Oklahoma City. And if you question what he's accomplished or why he's deserving of this statue, then you don't know Rainey Williams.
