I remember when I was in elementary school and before every Halloween they would warn you about what to look for that might be bad. Of course there was the old check all the wrappers, etc, but one year they said don't let anyone stamp your hand because there were star stamps of lsd going around. Those criminals and drug dealers sure are sneaky giving little trick-or-treaters their drugs for free in a cute little stamp.
