    This whole area has been torn down. Does anyone know what is happening with this land?

    Yes, it's going to be one of the big new concept 7 Elevens.

    I'm sure they'll just rent out their location on the SW corner of that same intersection.

    The new concept they are rolling out nationally? Aren't our 7-11's locally owned? Will they be the same design?
