Sounds like some you are very near where I grew up. The more I think about how this was so preventable and what the driver did was so utterly careless, the angrier I get. All she had to do was pull over for 10 seconds to retrieve her phone and someones husband or dad would still be alive, a business would still be unaffected and a beautiful old building would still be standing.

People feel some invulnerable in their cars these days due the size, luxury, isolation and safety features.

But too many fail to realize they are still driving a lethal weapon, especially dangerous to those outside the car.
