Christmas Gifts for Downtown

Steve did an article where he talked about what he wanted for downtown for Christmas. Since the article is only available for subscribers, I will post a link knowing it will come available later today or early tomorrow:

And with that as inspiration, I wrote a poem on what I would like for downtown. I took about three minutes so it's not the best:

"What would you like for Christmas?" Santa asked me in passin'.
"Why a renovation of Sunshine Cleaners on old northwest Classen.
I could be an office, a house, what else had I forgotten?
Ah, yes, I remember, a Coop Biergarten!
Have it open to the masses for all to see,
A great night out option for the purveyors of 21c.
They could come drinking and singing by pitcher or flight
Then hear Santa overhead say, Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night..."

Being as that it can't be done in one day, I propose a for a real tower to be built on the stage center site that is at least 25 stories, lol.
