Golds Gym in Yukon?

It's probably a Gold's Gym Express they are popping up all over the city.

yes, the project is out for bid currently. not sure if it's an express or a full blown model

Looks like they are putting something in behing 7-11 on Mustang and NW 10th. They are also putting something in East of the movie theatre. Any ideas? Didn't want to start a new thread yet.
