If you reside in Oklahoma City...you no longer have an excuse not to get your pets spayed/neutered! Why? Because it's FREE!! That's right. Thanks to a grant Oklahoma City pet owners can get their cats and dogs spayed or neutered for free at the Oklahoma City Animal Shelter through the Animal Birth Control (ABC) project.
