NW 10th & Mustang Rd - New Construction

Anyone know what is being built at NW 10th & Mustang RD? It's on the SE corner. My first instinct was a 7-11 because of the size, but they normally have a sign up by now.

Its an USDA office branch to employ armed agents to raid private residences for lemon trees.

I saw them bury gasoline storage tanks on the site, the builder is Precision Builders and I have a friend that does all of the gasoline work for 7-11. I confirmed with him that it is in fact a 7-11 they are building there.
