Sorry for the delay, I have been out of state. I talked to the Operations Manager, Angie Nichols last week before I left, the reason for them not being open as of then was because they were waiting on 2 final inspections before they could hang their remaining fixtures. Also, she invited me to a pre-opening VIP fashion show and art exhibition, unfortunately I was out of state and could not attend. The place should be up and running as of now although I have not been by nor called to verify. She informed me also nothing in the store will be above $80 and will be more of a boutique for women. As soon as grand opening is over, work will begin immediately on the denim bar in the Sonic building. The price point for the most part will begin around $125 and up and will feature mens and womens as well as a martini bar.

Does the Denim Bar have a website like Firefly? I am interested to see what the interior design will be for the Denim Bar.

I doubt it Nuclear, considering the project hasn't started yet. As always, you hear it first with Metro, I'll keep you informed, be watching downtownguys blog site in the next week or so and I"ll guest report all the latest developments that havent been reported yet!

so anyone been there yet? my girlfried and i stopped in for a quick sec. its not that bad for a girls store. the prices are a bit high on the jeans, though.

I stopped in there back in July (I think it was July) and snooped around a bit. They had some very cute items, and some that were fairly priced when compared to other teenish-early 20ish ladies clothing. It's all for little tiny ladies, though. Most certainly not for the bigger-boned curvy ladies like myself haha.

The jeans weren't *that* expensive when you think about it. The Buckle sells jeans for $50-120 easy and those are just your regular Lucky brand jeans (which have always been expensive). I wasn't shocked by any means, but I can't shop there anyway. I have recommended it to my much more petite older sister.

Sounds really familiar. Their inspections delayed our opening for several weeks.

I passed by there leaving bricktown last night (about 11:00pm). The store front looked very impressive with the big windows and the lighting and all. Very well done.
