Two more buildings are under development on the South side of 44th. One of them began construction recently!

Had to take a neighbor to work who had car trouble. He worked at that huge development. Impressed with the huge Hobby Lobby campus.

I believe both will be 3 story buildings on both sides of the big Finance and Technology building.

Do you have anymore info on that? I haven't heard about those buildings being built. There's plenty of land for them, though.

You can see dirt moving on the west side of the building for the first of the two. I know they’re supposed to be identical with some sort of courtyard in the back between buildings. I believe HR is one of the departments needing to expand over to one of these buildings. They’ll look similar to the newer Technology Services Building just east of there.
