been wondering what this was myself as i've seen the tilt-up concrete peeking out from behind the existing strip center.

that's some next level irony if they were forced to put in a small retention pond while being literally next door to a flood plain.

It looks like this will be the 240 Business Park, with 18 25' x 100' suites. Access will be via the S Western / Straka Terrace intersection, along the south side of the new Scooter's Coffee building - and via a break in between the two I-240 Plaza buildings.

Not really that uncommon these days.... They're just lucky it's not in Norman or they would have probably needed a forebay, or 12, in that pond too to meet WQPZ requirements..... OKC doesn't care how much fertilizer, and other contaminants, we runoff into our lakes/river yet.

I wish they’d extend Straka Terrace to connect to SW 79th. Parts of that road sure have came in handy when I-240 is backed up and service roads are gridlocked.
