4-story bank building planned for the parcel directly west of the new Weokie Credit Union and Farmers Insurance.
This is just south of Paycom on the south side of Memorial and west of Rockwell.

Is that what Bank 7 used to be and then they renamed it?
I believe it was Bank2, they have a building on Meridian.
Pete, there is some dirt work south of the car wash on Rockwell, any idea what may become of it?
I am pretty sue it will be a new Wendy's.

So the permit to put in the sprinkler system has been filed, apparently.
Seems like a lot of wasted space in that atrium. I'm guessing they're going to have loans/mortgage/etc on different floors? Because that ground floor isn't going to have much room once you put a vault in and some tellers.
I wouldn’t hate a branch like that somewhere downtown.
I am hearing that they are going to put branch in downtown but wont be new build but old bank location
They are taking over the small 1-story building at 141 W. Park:
Looks like they are calling it Chickasaw Community Bank.
If they own the land behind them, they're leaving a lot of growth room.
I love seeing the tribe becoming a major business.
They put up a major new Native American statue by their new construction on Memorial. Would have snapped a picture, but hard to pull in there and do that. It looks very cool.
I heard today that the Chickasaw Bank is having lots of income issues, and are currently reaching out to other financial institutions to try and help right the ship. Curious what is going on over there. I'm not sure how involved the tribe is in the bank, but I've always heard that the tribe was good with their finances, so this was a little surprising to me.
Pretty sure the bank performed very poorly under TW Shannon, they could still be suffering from that mismanagement. He was quietly let go maybe a year ago. Turns out running a bank is harder than pontificating on Newsmax and Fox News. I think I heard they even built TV studio in the new headquarters just for his TV appearances. So much for that.

T.W. Shannon left under very quiet circumstances and they hired a new CEO in March.
They also closed their downtown location about a year ago.
