This new club looks like Jean-Ralphio (Parks and Rec) bought a restaurant and hired a local high-schooler to spray paint art on the ceiling. After running out of funds due to spray paint costs he was forced to furnish the place using Craigslist.

Maybe it's just a bad pic?
