I feel like I constantly post about this area... but I wait and wait and no one does it and I am too freakin curious to wait any longer, ha.

So, NW corner... I know at one time there was talk of a Library, and then some more talk of an IMAX... but something is definitely being built and I dont have a clue.

Any ideas? Rumors?
