Any thoughts of establishing a job forum where people can network?

Could be job posting but more of the networking style. For example, if someone working at a company in okc know they are looking for a Software Engineer, they could list it on the forum with the contact information either phone number, website, or email address. I belong to a couple of networking forums that cover the US but there are not any that I know of for local networking.
