Networking.
I have been trying to get some people together kinda like the chamber does, but only with small businesses and get them together once a month at their business and network. It has worked out well with the 3 businesses we have done in the past. The idea is to invite other small business owners and customers for a open house. My business has hosted this a few times for other people and our turn out has always been hugh. If anyone wants to try this at their business let me know. I will see what we can do. I network with 8 other small businesses and we always either take turns having an open house or we get together at my salon for sharing of ideas.
