I still don't have an IPod, but I have friends who do, and I personally don't see a problem with listening to your IPod while driving as long as it's not sitting in your lap, and you're wearing the headphones. But hooked up to your car unit, is there any problem?

Now if you drive with one hand on the wheel, the other flipping through your IPod's playlist to find that perfect drivetime traffic song, splitting time between the road and your LED Screen. Well then I'd agree.

Maybe we could have an IPod-Alyzer that could tell how IPod crazy a person is, and if they are higher than .5 or something then they should be fined.

Could an idea like this migrate it's way "south of the border"? (The Ipod ban, not the Ipod-Alyzer )
