Shopping center/Mall off I35 and Covell??

I've heard that a mall is planned for the intersection of I35 and Covell. Is this true???

Does anyone know which corner it will be on and the timeline? Is there a website or something that has any info on it?

I'm anxious to get some more amenities closer to me in NE Edmond.

The term 'mall' has been tossed around, but as of now, a mixed used development is planned with a hotel and convention center, along with a shopping element. It's much like the development in north Norman, the plans are vague as of now.
