US 70 in Madill is about to get a bypass

The new $48 million road will start at the intersection of U.S. 70 and U.S. 177 on the north side of Madill and will loop around the city's east side, curving south, and rejoining U.S. 70 south of Archard Road. It should help congestion in Downtown Madill. especially with DFWs Quick Expansion to the north
