USIC crews at SW OKC Crest

For a couple days now, USIC survey crews have been at the Crest at 104th/May. They marked off an area around this area of land that's for sale right at the street corner. Any idea if there are any plans for that lot, or what might be going on?

On a side note, I saw USIC crews and a number of other trucks by the Fedex facility at Portland and 59th a couple weeks ago. Hopefully planning on something going in there as part of Lariatt Landing.

You might want to share what USIC stands for. Most people probably don't have a clue what that is.

i think oec is working with them for deploying its fiber project... my guess is that it's related to that.
